Forest Hills Residence
Clarkson Valley, MO
Located in the Forest Hills Country Club subdivision, this house has
5,700 sq. ft. of luxurious living on three floors. The first "tear down" on the
street, the massing of the new house is brought down to a more human scale with
a balance of siding and masonry, the detailing of trim, and the "reverse board
and batten" technique on the fibercement siding.

Designed
in the Italianate style, this 2,036 sq. ft. residence was part of the St. Louis
Home Builders Association Citirama showcase of homes and was awarded the "Best
Architectural Design for Single Family Residence" by the HBA judges. Although
traditional in appearance on the exterior, the floor plan was designed for
modern living with a first floor master suite, a kitchen open to a vaulted
family room, an attached garage and a tower with views of Grand Center.
